There were heavy rains in the city and it flooded multiple homes. The technicians from SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn were already tired when we got the call to clean another house.

Flood damage is worse than normal water damages. Because the water is contaminated with many types of chemicals and bacteria from the streets, all the wet materials have to be removed. After removing the standing water our crew got to work on removing all the damaged and wet materials. The entire floor had to be removed.
