Gerrianne Puntervold

Gerrianne Puntervold is a Senior Business Development Executive at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn, a leading provider of property restoration services. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, she helps clients recover from fire, water, or mold damage and restore their properties to their pre-loss condition.

Her core competencies include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and motivating sales teams, increasing revenue and market share, and reducing costs. She also has a strong background in marketing communications, social networking, and public relations, which facilitates the creation and execution of innovative campaigns that generate leads and referrals.

Gerrianne's goal is to leverage her skills and expertise to assist commercial property owners with immediate solutions for facility damages to lessen the impact of business disruption, getting clients quickly back to their primary goals of business operations and contributing to its mission of making the world a cleaner, safer, and healthier place.

Angelica DeSimone

Angelica is our Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn and does a great job. She keeps things organized. When not working, she loves spending time with her family in Brooklyn.

Navendranauth Avi Persaud

Project Manager Avi has been at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn since 2020. He has four years of experience in the restoration industry and is OSHA and Mold Remediation certified by the IICRC. He is also trained in water and fire and smoke damage restoration. Avi has seven years of construction experience, which greatly aids his work efforts. He enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, and cricket.

Katieanne Burke

Katieanne is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn who joined our team in 2022. We are pleased to have her on our staff. Katieanne lives in Brooklyn and loves spending time with her family and friends.

Ravendra Amit Persaud

Amit has been a Crew Chief and Lead Rebuilder at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn since 2017. He has earned the important NY State Mold Supervisor Certification. He also is IICRC certified in water damage restoration (WRT), fire and smoke (FSRT), odor control (OCT), and ASD applied structural drying. Amit has over 24 years of construction experience that provides exceptional guidance for our build-back services. He is involved with the UMA--United Madrassi Association to help better the community. He volunteers at homeless shelters. Amit lives in Queens, is a cricket club member, and enjoys bike riding, swimming, and his family.

Tom Blundell

Tom joined Team Allen in March 2023 and is the Asset Manager for SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn. He is an Air Force Veteran who enjoys doing charity work for the Knights of Columbus and Veterans of Foreign War (VFW.) In his free time, he enjoys fishing and going to the beach.

Mark Redlefsen

Mark has been our Commercial Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn since 2021. He has sales experience in roofing and restoration and is increasing our footprint in the commercial side of our business. Mark is a member of the Queens Chamber of Commerce, where he networks with other sales professionals. He is involved with the IPALI 24th Annual Charity Event and enjoys giving back to the community. He lives in Astoria, Queens, with his wife Matilda, where they enjoy socializing, going to concerts, podcasting, and traveling.

Terri Larkin

Terri is a valued member of the SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn's Team Allen office, serving as the Human Resource Administrator since March of 2023. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Terri decided to pursue a career change and joined our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role and is passionate about creating a positive work culture. Terri's dedication to helping people is evident in her approach to HR, and she is committed to providing a supportive environment for all employees. In her free time, Terri enjoys taking walks on the boardwalk in her neighborhood of Rockaway, NY. She is also proud of her two adult children.

Cesar Chai

Project Manager Cesar has been at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn since 2021 but has three more years of restoration experience. He is WRT water damaged certified by the IICRC and works hard at his craft. Cesar lives in Brooklyn and, when not at work, enjoys get-togethers.

Landal Whitfield

Landal is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn. This Brooklynite has been a Team Allen member since 2019. He has substantial experience in the restoration industry and is OSHA and mold-certified. He is highly skilled in Fire, Water, and Mold remediation. Landal is known for his positive demeanor and is well-respected by his colleagues. In his free time, Landal loves spending time with his beautiful young daughter or shooting at the local range with friends.

John Flanagan

John is one of our newest Team Allen members here at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn. He has quickly moved up from Technician to Crew Chief since joining us. His background in plumbing is a plus, and he is a fast learner. John likes being around friends and family on his days off. The beach is a joy, and he loves playing videogames.
